ALL THE CHARACTERS ARE RIDIC PRETTY but kise is the prettiest. It's from Kuroko no Basket! The second season of the anime (the opening of which is where the cap above comes from) has just started airing -- the first season is 25 episodes and the new season should be around the same if I remember correctly.
Other than having lots of ridic pretty characters (KISE IS ADORABLE IN MANY WAYS) it is genuinely fun and entertaining, if you don't mind sports manga/anime, I TOTALLY SUGGEST IT.
